Deposits are non-refundable. We understand life happens so One reschedule may be allowed, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy. In most cases the Deposit is Only $100. Remaining balance is due the day of the event before setup.
Your Doctor , ultrasound clinic, or a trusted family member can Text, Email or Call us directly with the gender results. In some cases Dr will hand the parents the Sealed results envelope and they drop it off in person or Mail it to PartyBuzzLA.

Cannons can be filled with Powder, Confetti , Mix of Both or Streamers(Long Confetti Strings). Streamers can not be mixed with anything. Our powder is made with cornstarch and food coloring.
Our powder is made from cornstarch and food coloring. Staining is unlikely, but it is still possible—especially if the powder becomes wet or lands on light-colored, porous, or delicate surfaces.
If powder lands on the ground, furniture, or another washable area, we recommend removing as much loose powder as possible with a leaf blower before using water, since moisture may cause the color to set.
Designer purses, shoes, electronics, and other delicate or non-washable items should be kept away from the blast area as a precaution.
Although staining or damage is uncommon, PartyBuzzLA is not responsible for damage to clothing, personal belongings, landscaping, furniture, or property.
Cleanup is not included in any of PartyBuzzLA services. Customers are responsible for cleaning powder, confetti, streamers, and other materials after the event.
In Most cases yes , but the customer is responsible for confirming venue rules, permits, and local restrictions. Some parks, beaches, and private venues do not allow powder, confetti, smoke effects, or drones.
No. We use professional cold spark machines, not traditional fireworks. Venue approval and proper operating space may still be required.
Drone footage depends on weather, airspace restrictions, venue rules, and FAA requirements. If we cannot legally or safely fly, the drone service will not be provided. You don't pay if we can not Fly.
We usually arrive 30min to 1hr before Blast/Reveal and in Most services require our team to remain on-site to operate the equipment. Due to safety reasons Cannons can Not be setup hours ahead of Reveal. Setup is Fairly quick and mostly behind the backdrop. Please leave at least 2ft space behind the decor and no Tree branches on top that will interfere with the blast.
